The Power of YES!

A new discovery from The Cornell Food and Brand Lab demonstrates that “do” is better than “don’t” when it comes to messages regarding food.

They found that general consumers responded better to messages that didn’t focus on negative consequences of unhealthy eating or used feat tactics – but instead responded better to positive consequences of healthy behaviors.

Perhaps whoever first said that an apple a day keeps the doctor away knew what they were talking about!
