Login Ground Beef (5% fat)
Login Onion
Login Garlic
Login Water
Login Paste, Tomato, Thick
Login Chopped Tomatoes (canned)
Login Basil Leaves
Login Garlic Powder
Login Dried Oregano
Login Bay Leaf
Login Courgette (Zucchini)
Login Baby spinach

Method:

  1. Brown the onion and beef in a skillet
  2. Add the remaining ingredients (except the zucchini and spinach) with a pinch of salt and pepper, and stir well
  3. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 45 minutes
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 C
  5. Assemble the lasagna by placing a layer of zucchini slices on the bottom of a baking dish, add a layer of spinach and then a layer of meat sauce, repeat
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes
