Ingredients

Ground Turmeric
Cumin Seed
Garlic
Onion
Vegetable stock/broth
Lentils
Red Pepper Flakes (Chili Flakes)

Preparation

Dice the onion and garlic.

Cooking

1. Dry-fry onion and garlic in a skillet until soft.


2. Add cumin seeds and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry for a few minutes more.


3. Add all remaining ingredients and continue cooking until liquid evaporates.


4. Dish up and serve.
