Ingredients

Sultanas
Pitted Dates
Dried Apricot Halves
Ground Allspice
Water
Plain soy yogurt

1. Chop the dates and apricots into bite-size pieces. 
 
2. Put all of the dried fruit, water and all spice into a small saucepan. Heat on the hob over a low heat for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes. 
 
3. Scoop the yogurt into a bowl and pour the fruit on top.
