Ingredients

Oats
Whey Protein Concentrate (80%)
Peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
Honey
Walnuts
Dried Cranberries
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 150 C (300F)

2. Chop the walnuts into small pieces
Method
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, add water to the mixture until a smooth doughy mixture is achieved

2. Place into a tray lined with non-stick paper, then bake in the oven for 12 minutes

3. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before cutting into bars or cubes
