Ingredients

Chicken Breast
Apple(s)
Romaine Lettuce
Celery
Shallots
Garlic
Mayonnaise
Lemon
Walnuts
Ground Black Pepper
1. Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side. 
  
2. Wash and dice apple into small pieces and place in a small bowl. Add squeezed lemon juice and mayonnaise and leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes. 
 
3. Cut the cooked chicken into small cubes. Finely chop the shallot and the celery stalk, mash the garlic. 
 
4. Add everything to the bowl. Season with black pepper to taste and mix thoroughly. 
 
5. Add roughly chopped walnuts (keep some back). 
 
6. Place washed lettuce in a separate serving bowl. 
 
7. Now add the walnut salad mix into the centre of the lettuce. Finish with help back walnut halves if required.
