Plain Greek Yogurt (non fat)
Ginger
Dijon Mustard (Whole Grain)
Lemon Zest
Baby Spinach
Red Bell Pepper (capsicum)

Red Onion
Seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried

1. In a bowl, mix together the ginger, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon zest and Dijon mustard.

2. Spread the mixture across the middle of the wrap.

3. Add all of the vegetables and seeds.

4. Carefully roll up the wrap and serve.
