1. Cut the vegetables into thin slices.
2. Heat a wok over a medium to high heat.
3. Add the vegetables along with some water. Stir fry for 8 minutes (keep adding water to prevent sticking) until adding the black bean sauce.
4. Stir fry for a further 8 minutes, then serve with the sesame seeds sprinkled over the top.
