Ingredients

Garlic
Onion
Olive Oil
Couscous
Chopped Tomatoes (canned)
Green Chilli Pepper
Flat Bread
Canned Mixed Beans (drained)
Soya Mince
1. Heat oil in a frying pan or similar. Add chopped onions and cook. 
 
2. Add crushed garlic and cook for 1 minute. 
 
3. Add spices and stir. Add mince, beans and allow to cook. Season appropriately. 
 
4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook using a medium heat for 5 minutes. 
 
5. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. 
 
6. At same time add couscous to a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Add boiling water so that it slightly covers the couscous. Cover the bowl with a plate and allow steaming of the couscous. 
 
7. Review the couscous after 5 minutes using a fork, add a little extra water if necessary. Add a little olive oil and cover bowl with plate again. 
 
8. Remove frying pan from heat and add thickened sauce to plate with the warm couscous.
