Ingredients

Tagliatelle Pasta
Vegan Pesto
Broccoli florets

1. Boil the kettle and half fill a saucepan with the boiling water. Place the saucepan on the hob over a medium heat and bring back to the boil. 

2. Add the tagliatelle and broccoli to the boiling water and leave to boil for 15 minutes. 

3. Drain the tagliatelle and broccoli but leave a small amount of water in the saucepan. Pour the tagliatelle and broccoli back into the saucepan and return to the hob. 

4. Over a low heat, stir the pesto into the tagliatelle and broccoli and heat for 2 minutes, then serve.
