Ingredients

Banana(s)
Soy Milk
Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
Desiccated Coconut
1. Chop up the bananas into slices and put into a plastic sandwich bag. Freeze for 2 hours. Take the bananas out of the freezer 20 minutes before moving on to step 2. 
  
2. Put the frozen bananas in a food processor or high-speed blender along with the soy milk and cocoa powder. Blend until smooth. 
  
3. Scoop into a bowl and sprinkle the coconut on top.
