Ingredients

Turkey Breast
Sweet Potato
Beans, Green French Style
Olive Oil
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (390F).

2. Coat the turkey in 1 tsp of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Wrap in foil and place in the oven to bake for 35 minutes.

3. Boil some water in two separate saucepans. Add the sweet potato chunks to one saucepan and boil for 20 minutes, then drain and season with salt and pepper. Add the green beans to the other saucepan, boil for 8 minutes, then drain.

4. Serve the turkey on a plate alongside the sweet potato chunks and green beans.
