Ingredients

Turkey Breast
Basmati Rice
Beans, Green French Style
Olive Oil
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (390F).

2. Cook rice according to packet instructions.

3. Coat the turkey in 1 tsp of olive oil and season with a little salt and pepper. Wrap in foil and place in the oven to bake for 35 minutes.

4. Boil some water in a saucepan. Add the green beans and cook for 20 minutes before draining.

5. Serve the turkey on a plate alongside the rice and green beans.
