Ingredients

Turkey Breast
New Potatoes
Broccoli
Beans, Green French Style
Olive Oil
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (390F).

2. Coat the turkey in the olive oil before wrapping in foil and placing in the oven to bake for 35 minutes.

3. Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water for 20 minutes or until tender.

4. Boil the broccoli and green beans in water for 10 minutes. 

5. Drain the potatoes, broccoli and green beans and serve on a plate alongside the turkey.
