Ingredients

Turkey Breast
Beans, Green French Style
Avocado
Olive Oil
1. Preheat the oven to 200 C (390F).

2. Coat the turkey in 1 tsp of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Wrap in foil and place in the oven to bake for 35 minutes.

3. Boil some water in a saucepan. Add the green beans and cook for 10 minutes, then drain and season with salt and pepper.

4. Slice the avocado and serve alongside the turkey and green beans.
