Ingredients

Turkey Sausage
Carrot
Broccoli florets
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (390F). Place the turkey sausages onto a baking tray and cook for 30 minutes or according to packet instructions.

2. Cut the carrot into slices.

3. Boil some water in a saucepan, add the carrots and broccoli and boil for 10 minutes. Drain using a sieve.

4. Serve the turkey sausages on a plate alongside the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
