Preparation
1. Slice the onion and Chinese cabbage.
2. Slice ginger into thin strips. Crush garlic clove.
3. In a small bowl, combine red pepper flakes, splenda, ground coriander, lime juice, soy sauce and sesame oil. Whisk and set aside.
Cooking1. Heat oil in a small skillet or wok. Add onions and ground turkey and cook till slightly brown.
2. Add ginger, garlic and cabbage and stir-fry for a few seconds.
3. Add the seasoning mix and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
4. Fill lettuce leaf with the mixture and roll up.
