Ingredients

Turkey Breast
Egg White(s)
Asparagus
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (390F). Season the turkey with salt and pepper then wrap in foil and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes. 

2. Boil some water in a pan, then add the asparagus and boil for 8-10 minutes. Drain using a sieve. 

3. Place the egg whites into a microwave safe dish. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir and microwave for 1 minute more. Season with salt and pepper if desired. 

4. Serve the turkey and scrambled egg whites on a plate alongside the asparagus.
