Turkey Chilli with Broccoli

Ingredients

Ground Turkey (fat free)
Black Beans (rinsed and drained)
Onion
Garlic
Chopped Tomatoes (canned)
Chili Powder
Sweet Smoked Paprika
Broccoli florets
1. Heat a pan over a medium heat. Add the onion with 1tbsp of water and fry for 1 minute, then add the mince and garlic and fry for a further 3 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes and black beans along with the spices and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for 15 minutes. Add water if necessary.

2. Boil some water in a saucepan, then add the broccoli and boil for 10 minutes. Drain using a sieve.

3. Serve the chilli in a bowl alongside the broccoli.
