Login Chopped Tomatoes (canned)
Login Black beans (canned)
Login Sweetcorn
Login Red Pepper Flakes (Chili Flakes)
Login Sweet Smoked Paprika
Login Seeds, flaxseed
Login Water
Login Basmati Rice

Preparation:

  1. Drain and rinse the beans

Method:

  1. Cook the rice according to packet instructions
  2. Heat a skillet over a medium heat, then add the olive oil
  3. Add the turkey and cook until browned
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes
  5. Serve on a plate over the rice
