Ingredients

Turkey Breast
Carrot
Broccoli florets
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (390F). Season the turkey with salt and pepper, then wrap in foil and cook for 30-40 minutes.

2. Cut the carrot into slices.

3. Boil some water in a saucepan, add the carrots and broccoli and boil for 10 minutes. Drain using a sieve.

4. Serve the turkey on a plate alongside the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
