Ingredients

Turkey Breast Ground
Baby Spinach
Cherry Tomatoes
Olive Oil
Onion
Garlic
Mixed Herbs
Cumin Powder
Preparation
1. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.

2. Finely chop the onion.
Cooking
1. In a bowl, combine the turkey mince with the onion, garlic, mixed herbs, cumin and a pinch of salt and pepper. Using your hands, form the mixture into patties.

2. Heat 2 tsp of olive oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Fry the burgers on each side for 5 minutes.

3. Lay the spinach out on a plate and arrange the tomatoes on top. Add the burgers on top or on the side.
