Ingredients

Turkey Breast Ground
Baby Spinach
Romaine Lettuce
Cherry Tomatoes
Avocado
Olive Oil
Onion
Garlic
Mixed Herbs
Cumin Powder
Yogurt (whole milk)
Preparation
1. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.

2. Dice the avocado.

3. Finely chop the onion.

Cooking
1. In a bowl, combine the turkey mince with the onion, garlic, mixed herbs, cumin and a pinch of salt and pepper. Using your hands, form the mixture into patties.

2. Heat 2 tsp of olive oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Fry the burgers on each side for 5 minutes.

3. Lay the spinach and lettuce onto a plate, then arrange the tomatoes and avocado on top. Add the burgers on top or on the side. Add a dollop of yogurt on top.
