Ingredients

Ground Turkey (7% fat)
Onion
Red Onion
Red Bell Pepper (capsicum)
Garlic
Black Pepper
Olive Oil
Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
Romaine Lettuce

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180 C (350F)

2. Finely dice the onion and red pepper

3. For the salad, shred the lettuce, slice the tomato, cucumber and red onion
Method
1. In a mixing bowl, add the red pepper, onion, garlic, ground turkey, olive oil and black pepper, then mix well to combine

2. Cook the patties in the oven for 15 minutes on each side (a total of 30 minutes)

3. To make the salad, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and red onion, and place into a bowl
Serve the burgers on top of the salad
