Ingredients

Wholegrain Barley Wrap
Bacon (low sodium)
Turkey Breast (Cooked)
Mayonnaise (light)
Cherry Tomatoes
Iceberg Lettuce
1. Cut the tomatoes into slices.

2. To cook the bacon, arrange the slices between paper towels and place in the microwave for 2 minutes.

3. Spread the mayonnaise over one side of each wrap, then equally top each wrap with the lettuce, turkey, tomatoes and bacon.

4. Roll up each wrap and cut in half if necessary.
