Ingredients

Turkey Breast
Baby Spinach
Cherry Tomatoes
Avocado
Olive Oil
Preparation:
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (390F).
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
  3. Dice the avocado.
Cooking:
  1. Coat the turkey in 1 tsp of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Wrap in foil and place in the oven to bake for 45 minutes.
  2. Lay the spinach onto a plate, then arrange the tomatoes and avocado on top. Slice the turkey and add on top of the salad.
