| Fish, tuna, white, canned in water, drained solids | |
| Lemon Juice | |
| Red Bell Pepper (capsicum) | |

1. In a bowl, mix together the tuna, lemon juice, bell pepper, onion, avocado and parsley
2. Cut off the top of the tomatoes and scoop out the middle
3. Scoop the tuna mixture into the tomatoes
