Ingredients

Broccoli florets
Tuna Steak
Walnuts
Olive Oil

Preparation  
Chop walnuts.

Cooking   
1. Steam or cook broccoli in a small amount of water for 4-5 minutes until tender but crisp. 
 
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, lightly brush tuna steak with 1 tsp. of olive oil and add to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes on each side or to your taste. 
  
3. Serve tuna on a plate with broccoli on the side and sprinkle chopped walnuts with a drizzle of olive oil.
