Ingredients

Fish, tuna, light, canned in oil, drained solids
Whole Grain Bread
Mayonnaise (Fat Free)
Cheddar Cheese
1. Mix the tuna, mayonnaise and a pinch of salt and pepper together in a bowl

2. Place the cheese onto the bread and then the mixture

3. Place the other slice of bread on top and toast until the cheese has melted

4. Serve warm
