Ingredients

Fish, tuna, white, canned in water, drained solids
Oats
Egg White(s)
Onion
Garlic
Cheddar Cheese
Mixed Salad Leaves
1. Put all the ingredients except the mixed salad leaves into a mixing bowl

2. Mix the ingredients together and form into a patty

3. Place the patty onto a frying pan and cook over a medium heat

4. Cook until slightly brown on both sides

5. Serve the patty on top of the mixed salad leaves
