Ingredients

New Potatoes
Beans, Green French Style
Spinach
Cherry Tomatoes
Fish, tuna, light, canned in water, without salt, drained solids
Olive Oil
1. Put the potatoes in a pan of water and boil for 20 minutes or until tender. Put the green beans in another saucepan of water and boil for 8 minutes.

2. Drain the potatoes and green beans, then place in a bowl. Stir in the spinach (it should wilt a little in the heat). Add the tomatoes and tuna on top, season with salt and pepper and drizzle over the olive oil. Gently toss everything together, then serve.
