Ingredients

Fish, tuna, white, canned in water, drained solids
Egg(s)
Cottage Cheese (1% fat)
Cheddar Cheese
1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat

2. Add the tuna to the pan and cook for 2 minutes

3. Add the cottage cheese and mix well

4. Whisk the eggs in a small bowl, then add to the pan

5. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the eggs are cooked

6. Add the cheese and serve
