Ingredients

Oats
Soy Milk
Desiccated Coconut
Pineapple
Mango
Banana(s)
Weider Vegan Protein (pea and rice)
1. Add the oats, soy milk and coconut to a saucepan and heat on the hob over a medium heat. Frequently stir for 4 minutes whilst the porridge cooks and thickens. 
   
2. Make sure the mango and pineapple pieces are cut into very small cubes then stir into the porridge and continue to cook for 2 minutes. 
   
3. Pour the porridge into a bowl and slice the banana on top.
