1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat, then add the olive oil
2. Cut the chicken into slices and fry for 10 minutes
3. Lay the tortilla flat and spread the tomato puree over it, then sprinkle over the cheese and mixed herbs
4. Add the chicken, then place under the grill until the cheese has melted
