Ingredients

Basil Leaves
Mozzarella Cheese (part skim milk)
Black Pepper
Salt
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Preparation   
1. Roll basil and slice into slithers. 

Cooking   
1. Slice Tomato and mozzarella into 1cm thick slices and arrange on a plate. Sprinkle the basil over the top and season with a few pinches of salt and pepper.    

2. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
