Preparation
1. Chop the green beans into 1cm pieces.

2. Drain the tofu and press out the moisture using paper towels.
3. Drain and rinse the black beans.
1. Boil some water in a medium saucepan. Add the rice and green beans and boil for 20 minutes.

2. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large frying pan. Add the onion and fry until softened and browned. Add the garlic and fry for a further minute.
3. Break up the tofu and add to the pan, along with the turmeric, cumin and a pinch of salt and pepper. Combine with the garlic and onion. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
4. Add the black beans along with the cooked rice and green beans, and stir well to combine everything together.
5. Serve in a bowl.
