Ingredients

Fish, tilapia
Carrot
Peas Green, Frozen
Lemon Juice
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (390F).

2. Cut the carrot into disks or batons. 

3. Boil some water in a saucepan. Add the carrots and boil for 15 minutes, then add the peas and boil for a further 2 minutes. Drain using a sieve.

4. Season the fish with black pepper and drizzle over lemon juice, then wrap in foil and place in the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes.

5. Serve the fish alongside the carrots and peas.
