Ingredients

Fish, tilapia
Carrot
Broccoli florets
Lemon Juice
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (390F).

2. Cut the carrot into disks or batons. 

3. Season the fish with black pepper and drizzle over lemon juice, then wrap in foil and place in the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes.

4. Boil some water in a saucepan. Add the broccoli and carrots and boil for 10 minutes, then drain using a sieve.

5. Serve the fish alongside the broccoli and carrots.
