Ingredients

Garam Masala
Green Chilli Pepper
Ginger
Garlic
Lemon Juice
Plain Yogurt (low fat)
Chicken Breast

Preparation 
1. Remove bones and skin of chicken breast and cut into fillet. 

2. Coarsely chop green chili, garlic and ginger and place in a mortar and pestle together with lemon juice and masala spice mix. 
 
3. Grind mixture into smooth paste is achieved. 
 
4. In a bowl, combine yogurt and the paste-like mixture. 
 
5. Meanwhile score breast fillet, 2 times and place in a bowl. 
 
6. Cover chicken with the marinade mixture. Refrigerate overnight.

Cooking   
1. Grill marinated breast fillet until evenly cooked. 

2. Serve with plain low fat yogurt.
