Ingredients

Pumpkin Seeds
Soy Sauce (tamari)

1. Pre-heat the oven to 160C (320F) and line a baking tray with non-stick paper. 

2. In a small bowl, soak the pumpkin seeds in the tamari sauce for 5 minutes. 

3. Spread the pumpkin seeds out on the baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes (after 5 minutes, briefly take out of the oven and turn the seeds). Allow to cool before eating.
