Ingredients

Egg White(s)
Oats
Whey Protein Concentrate (80%)
Greek Yogurt (whole milk)
Blueberries
1. Mix the egg whites, oats and whey protein together in a bowl

2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat

3. Pour a small amount of the mixture into the frying pan and cook on each side for 1-2 minutes- repeat until all the mixture is used

4. Serve on a plate with the yogurt and blueberries on top
