Oats
Walnuts
Ground Cinnamon
Brown Sugar
1. Combine the cinnamon and brown sugar

2. Core and pit the apple, then coat the whole apple in the cinnamon sugar mixture

3. Place the apple on a grill and cook for 3-4 minutes

4. Mix together the yogurt, protein powder, oats and walnuts (chopped)

5. Fill the baked apple with the mixture
