Preparation
1. Preheat grill.
2. Slice strawberries.
Cooking
1. Lightly oil the grill grate. Place chicken on the grill, and cook for 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Slice and set aside.
2. Combine strawberries, spinach leaves, pecans, and cheese in a bowl, layer the chicken on top.
3. In another small bowl, combine lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, and poppy seeds until well mixed.
4. Drizzle over the salad and serve.
