Ingredients

Sirloin Steak
Basmati Rice
Broccoli
Beans, Green French Style
Olive Oil
1. Cook rice according to packet instructions.

2. Boil some water in a saucepan. Add the broccoli and green beans and boil for 20 minutes.

3. Coat the steak in 1 tsp of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Add the steak to a hot pan and cook for roughly 6 minutes for medium-rare, or to your liking, turning every minute.

4. Drain the broccoli and green beans and serve alongside the steak and rice.
