Ingredients

Sirloin Steak
Beans, Green French Style
Avocado
Olive Oil
1. Boil some water in a saucepan. Add the green beans and cook for 20 minutes, then drain and season with salt and pepper.

2. Coat the steak in 1 tsp of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Add the steak to a hot pan and cook for roughly 6 minutes for medium-rare, or to your liking, turning every minute.

3. Slice the avocado and serve alongside the steak and green beans.
