Preparation
Peel the potatoes and cut into small chunks.
1. Boil some water in two separate saucepans. Add the potatoes to one saucepan and boil for 25 minutes. Add the broccoli and green beans to the other saucepan and boil for 20 minutes.

2. Coat the steak in 1 tsp of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Add the steak to a hot pan and cook for roughly 6 minutes for medium-rare, or to your liking, turning every minute.
3. To make the mashed potato, drain the potatoes from the water, add the creme fraiche and a pinch of salt and pepper, then mash the potatoes.
4. Drain broccoli and green beans, and serve on a plate alongside the steak and mashed potatoes.
