Ingredients

Baby Spinach
Feta Cheese
Butter Beans (canned)
Beetroot, cooked
Walnuts
Black Olives
Salad dressing, italian dressing, fat-free
1. Drain and rinse the beans.

2. Place the spinach into a bowl, then top with the beetroot, feta (crumbled), beans, walnuts and olives.

3. Drizzle over the dressing before serving.
