Ingredients

Strawberries
Balsamic Vinegar
Almonds, Sliced, Toasted
Baby Spinach
Tangerines (mandarin)
Feta Cheese (reduced fat)

Preparation  
1 Crumble feta cheese. 
2 Halve strawberries.  

Cooking   
1. To make the balsamic strawberry dressing, mash 1/3 cup of strawberries in a bowl. 
   
2. In a separate bowl, place the remaining strawberries and mix with balsamic vinegar. Marinade for 10 minutes. Add the mash strawberries and combine well. 
   
3. To make the salad, in a large mixing bowl, gently combine the spinach, mandarin, feta cheese and balsamic strawberry dressing. 
   
4. Serve sprinkled with almonds.
