Ingredients

Olive Oil
Red Pepper Flakes (Chili Flakes)
Garlic
Lime Juice
Red Onion
Asparagus
Sirloin Steak
Ground Coriander (cilantro)

Preparation  
1. Chop red onion. 

2. Cut asparagus into pieces.

Cooking  
1. Steam the asparagus in a small amount of water (1/2-inch of water) for 5-6 minutes until tender but crisp.

2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 

3. Add the steak, asparagus, red onion and cook until steak is cooked or to your taste. Remove and set aside. 

4. To make the sauce, in a small bowl, mix the coriander, red pepper flakes, garlic and lime juice. Add the olive oil and whisk well. 

5. Serve the steak with the sauce spooned over the top with the asparagus on the side.
