1. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs until well combined

2. Add the onion, garlic, chili and mix well, then add the cottage cheese and mixed herbs

3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat, then add all the mixture

4. Gently stir as it cooks to scramble the eggs

5. Lightly toast the bread using a toaster or grill

6. Serve the scrambled eggs on a plate on top of the toasted bread
